We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of School to lead our institution toward academic excellence, character formation, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clear strategic direction aligned with the school’s mission and values.

2. Lead academic excellence through strong instructional leadership.

3. Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and compliance.

4. Develop and mentor leadership teams and faculty members.

5. Build strong partnerships with parents, board members, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

3. Proven track record in leading school improvement initiatives and managing educational teams effectively.

4. Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational best practices.

5. Demonstrated strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

6. Strong financial literacy, budgeting, and operational management skills.

7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

8. High integrity, resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
