Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing visionary leadership that drives academic excellence, fosters a positive school culture, ensures effective management of resources, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders to support the school’s mission, vision, and continuous improvement.
Job Desc:
School Operations and Financial Oversight
- Manages the school operations, including academic activities and supporting facilities and infrastructure.
- Monitors and evaluates the financial sustainability of the school.
- Prepares reports for school operations under the guidance of the relevant Directorate.
Marketing and Admissions
- Collaborates with the Admission Section to manage new students enrollment.
- Collaborates with the Publication and Communication Department (PDK) to manage school promotions.
Educational Collaboration and Leadership Support
- Collaborates with the International Education Department in curriculum implementation.
- Supports the Principals in operational matters.
Program Development and Evaluation
- Develops school’s activity plans aligned with IPEKA Strategic Plan, ensure the implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness.
